Last updated: 18 October 2026
Who we are
Software Craft (Pvt) Ltd (“Software Craft”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a software company based in Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, software-craft.com, and through the mobile apps we publish on Google Play, including apps released under our Tie-Up Studio brand. It also explains how we use that information and the choices you have.
Software Craft (Pvt) Ltd, Islamabad, Pakistan.
Summary
- We collect only the information you choose to send us through our website forms, plus standard analytics and advertising data described below.
- Our mobile apps do not require an account or login, and we do not operate servers that store app users’ information.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- App progress and settings are saved on your device only, and we never receive them.
- Where an app displays ads, it shares your device’s advertising identifier and related technical data with Google, our advertising provider.
Information you give us on the website
When you use a form on our website, we receive the information you enter:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the other details the form asks for, and your message. These enquiries are sent to info@software-craft.com.
- Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, your CV or other files you upload, and your message. Job applications are sent to hr@software-craft.com.
We use this information only to reply to you, to handle your enquiry, or to consider your application. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. Applications are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to remove them earlier.
Cookies and analytics on the website
Our website uses the Google tag for Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. This sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*.
The same Google tag is linked to our Google Ads account. It records site visits for Google Ads remarketing and to measure the results of our ads, so Google may show our ads to past visitors on other websites. This sets the _gcl_au cookie on our site, and Google may set advertising cookies such as IDE and test_cookie on its own doubleclick.net domain. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis.
The site also stores a small amount of technical data in your browser so that pages display correctly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you block all cookies.
WhatsApp and social links
Our website offers a WhatsApp chat button. If you use it, you leave our website and the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta) under its own privacy policy. We will see your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us, and we use them only to reply to you.
Our website links to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Our mobile apps
We have deliberately built our apps to need as little information as possible. They do not require an account, we do not operate servers that store your data, and we do not sell your personal information. Each app’s Google Play listing states whether that app contains ads. Where an app does not show ads, nothing leaves your device.
Information stored on your device
Our apps save progress and preferences locally, using your device’s standard app storage. Depending on the app, this can include:
- Scores, results and progress
- Streaks, goals, achievements and lifetime statistics
- Your music, sound effect and vibration preferences
This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and it is not linked to you or to any account. Uninstalling an app permanently deletes its locally stored data.
Advertising in our apps
This section applies wherever one of our apps displays ads. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob. To serve them, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Your device’s advertising identifier
- Your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it
- Device information such as model, operating system version and language
- Which ads you were shown and interacted with
This information is shared with Google in order to serve ads. Google acts as an independent advertising provider and processes it under its own policies. We do not receive this information ourselves, we cannot identify you from it, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than Google for this purpose. Google’s use of the data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from partner sites and apps and Your choices about advertising.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, apps that show ads present a consent form the first time you open them, provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform. You decide there whether to allow personalised ads. Where an app offers it, you can change that choice at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Options inside the app.
On any device, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of ad personalisation, from your Android system settings: Settings → Google → Ads. Declining personalised ads does not stop ads appearing; they simply become less relevant.
App permissions
Our apps request only the permissions they need, and not every app requests all of these. The Google Play listing for each app shows its exact permissions.
- INTERNET: required to load ads. Requested only where an app displays them; the app itself works offline.
- AD_ID: required by Android 13 and later to access the advertising identifier. Requested only by apps that show ads.
- VIBRATE: haptic feedback. It collects nothing and can be switched off in the app’s settings.
Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child’s information has been collected, including through the app advertising described above, contact us and we will delete anything we hold and help you raise it with Google.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy (Google and WhatsApp), with our website hosting provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf, or where the law requires us to.
Data retention and deletion
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, such as a form submission, job application or WhatsApp conversation, by emailing info@software-craft.com. We will respond within 30 days.
For our apps, we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf:
- Local app data: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android settings.
- Advertising data: controlled by Google. Use the advertising controls above, or request deletion directly from Google.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website and restricted access to form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date above will change.
