Running a business?
This tool makes one invoice or quotation at a time. Traders Pro manages sales and purchases, customer records and ledger reports for trade businesses. Restro Pro handles sales, customer records and ledger reports for restaurants, with receipts printed on a thermal printer.
How it works
- Choose an invoice or a quotation and add your business and customer details.
- Add your items. Each line is quantity × rate, less any discount in % or in rupees.
- Sales tax is the rate you set × the subtotal. The total is the subtotal plus sales tax.
- The total is written in words in English and Urdu, using lakh and crore.
- Press Print to print the document or save it as a PDF.
Example: 200 bags at Rs 1,450 is Rs 2,90,000. Sales tax at 18% is Rs 52,200, so the total is Rs 3,42,200, written as “Rupees Three Lakh Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred Only” (تین لاکھ بیالیس ہزار دو سو روپے).
Invoice or quotation?
A quotation tells a customer what you will charge before they order, with a date it is valid until. An invoice asks for payment for goods or services you have supplied, with a due date. Both use the same items and totals here.
Your details stay on this device
The form, including your logo, is kept in this browser’s local storage so it is still there next time. Nothing is sent to Software Craft or anyone else. On a shared computer, press Clear all when you finish.
